Terms and Conditions

-Full payment is required upon check in. Check in after 3pm and Check out by 11am

– Refunds will be made on cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.  Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.

-Only registered guests with valid identification will be given the entry access code or be allowed access into the cottage by management.

-Pets are only allowed on the property if occupying cottage #4-Hillside Retreat with prior registration. Additional pet fee will be applied. *Completed pet registration agreement is also required*

-Each cottage has assigned 2 vehicle parking. Additional parking needed must be approved by management. 

-Guests should ensure that their cottage door is properly secure at all times. Tomahawk Resort on Lake Alice cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables lost or stolen from cottage, on the property or from guest vehicles. This extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

-Registered guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to cottage or property caused by themselves or any person(s) for whom they are responsible for visiting the property. Guest shall not leave the room in a disheveled condition or such condition that will cause distress to the cleaners, resort reserves the right to include additional charges for cleaning costs and items that require replacement.

-This property and business is privately owned and managed and reserves the right to refuse service or request guest(s) to leave if their actions or behavior is disruptive to other guests or owners, with no refunds given.
